An elderly Tarzan and his companion Jane Goodall are reportedly expecting their first child. The seventy-four year old Goodall and ninety-six year old Tarzan are said to have first met on the set of "Tarzan the ape-man." some fifty years ago. "He was so handsome in his little loin cloth that I instantly felt an attraction." said Goodall in an interview without the reporter.
Tarzan is best known for his adaptation of Oscar Wilde's play "An ideal husband" which is set in the jungle of Kenya. The scantly clad Tarzan brought real dialogue into each scene with his famous call from atop trees while swinging from the dangers of everyday life in the jungle. Goodall acclaimed fame is the work of many years with members of Tarzan's immediate family.
"The two were ape for each other the moment they first met." said a close friend of the two.
No date was given for the birth, but sources not close to the couple say that the child will be expected to carry on the long tradition of both Tarzan and Goodall. "We can only hope that the child will be better equipped to speak ape than his father." said another close friend of Tarzan.
