If convicted, would Trump's four-year White House term be considered fraudulent?
The entire four years would be stained and gotten through mischievous and illegal ways. All that airplane fuel used to fly Trump and his extended family back and forth to Mar-a-Lago for four years, rent for living rent-free in the White House for four years, Secret Service protection for four years, and all of his judicial bench appointments will have to be rescinded, canceled, thrown out, and reappointed by Joe Biden. That goes for the Supreme Court too.

No, no, no! Trump's judicial appointments do not stay.

Here's an example: It is like drugging a horse to win the Kentucky Derby, and the horse wins. But the horse wins through illegal methods. The horse was drugged. Would that horse's owner still get to keep the winner's purse, the notoriety, the winner's trophy, and free hamburgers at McDonald's for the rest of his life?
No!
Of course not. Not only would the owner be arrested, brought to justice, and then found guilty of mischievous methods to win the Kentucky Derby, but he would also have to forfeit the winnings and be unable to race in another horse race anywhere. Furthermore, he has to pay the penalty equal to his incurred costs.
It is called retribution, penalty-time, or stealing the White House for four years. He would also have to pay back his White House salary.
