Thanks, China! Is a Balloon Virus in the US future? A weather balloon? Really? That went off course? Blame it on the algorithms?
China went to the far side of the moon without any, "Huston; we have a problem." But China still can't handle a weather balloon? China: You have a credibility problem.
The US has been dealing with weather balloons since Roswell in 1947. Our balloons never stray upstaters to Canada or downstairs Mexico. They certainly do not wander across the Pacific or the Atlantic.
"Shoot it down," ordered Biden.
"Sir, we don't know what's in it. It could harm our people when it crashes to earth. We should wait until it's over open water."
So the US tracked and waited. And waited. And on Saturday morning, the balloon got dinged, and poof, it started to come down to land off the coast of North Carolina in the Atlantic.
Since 2019 the world has been fighting Covid-19, and finally, the world is seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, even though the last booster made a lot of people sick for two days. But will the world expect a Balloon Virus? Not that The Spoof is accusing China of causing Covid-19.
In the words of science or the World Health Organization: Fingers crossed!
