Sophie Higginwax, 83, is being called The Queen of The Colorado Pot Shops.

DENVER - The state of Colorado has just announced that Sophie Higginwax of Denver is the oldest pot shop owner in the entire state of Colorado.

The 83-year-old great-grandmother has just purchased The Grass Is Always Greener Marijuana Shop in downtown Denver.

She was amazed at the volume of business that her weed shop is doing.

Mrs. Higginwax said that she decided to buy the marijuana shop after her granddaughter Julie "Smokey" Simko mentioned to her that the owner of The Grass Is Always Greener was looking to sell because he was having to return to his original home back in Erie, Pennsylvania.

Higginwax talked it over with her 17 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren and they all agreed that it would be a fantastic opportunity for Granny So to get out of the house and get some nice fresh air. (Hmmmmm).

SIDENOTE: Sophie Higginwax has said that she's suddenly become one of the most popular senior citizens in all of Denver. She giggled as she said that just in the one week that she has become a cannabis shop owner she has received 6 marriage proposals from men ranging in age from 24 to 37.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
