We often misplace things. Keys, wallets, even briefcases and laptops have gone missing simply by misplacing them temporarily. And this Louisville man, whose favorite gifts at Christmas is a bottle of Makers, or tequila. He misplaces things, too. A lot.
But a yacht? A missing 54 footer has a local businessman scratching his head. He had apparently signed it over to a yacht storage facility, who then moved it once or twice among all of the other yachts until it blended in with all of the other yachts and became one of many.
First, he sent his secretary to go find it, but since she didn't know the difference between his yacht when it was out of the water and any other yacht when it's out of the water, she wasn't any closer to an answer. One hull looks like another, and the names on the yachts was too high up for her to get a good look at what they are called.
So, next week she and her boss are going to find out where they have stashed his boat--aptly named to his personality--the Margarita
