A bag similar to this was used to carry farm shop goods

An astounding two million bags were sold at Sainsbury's supermarkets in just one hour.

The bags have the slogan "I'm not a carrier bag" on one side and "Who gives a toss about pollution?" on the other.

A spokesman for another unamed supermarket chain said "Some people will buy anything. They're not even by a proper artist"

Information received today say that they were not designed by Anya Hindmarch but were all written on in crayon by some monkies from a nearby vivisection laboratory.

Animal rights protestors have already drawn up an assasination list of all he celebreties that have been photographed with them.

A well-known TV personality who wishes to remain nameless said that he didn't buy one at all and had just borrowed one to go and get some pies from the farm shop.

The funny story above is a satire or parody. It is entirely fictitious.
