A new scripture, the gospel of Bob, has been found in the deserts of Israel. It describes intimate details about the love life of Mary, mother of Jesus, and is sure to rock the foundations of the Christian world.
In the gospel, which is written in the form of a sitcom, it describes Mary meeting her parents and telling her them of her pregnancy. It says:
Mary: Hi, Mum, I have something to tell you
Mary's mum: What?
Mary: I'm pregnant.
Mary's mum: But how? Have you been shagging around again?
Mary: No. I haven't. I haven't slept with anyone.
Mary's mum: Then...it must be an immaculate conception. And you shall give birth to the son of God.
Mary: Er.. yes. Something like that.
The Pope has refused to accept the Gospel of Bob, and declared it to be a modern fake. "The Bible says that Mary was a virgin, so it must be true."
