As it was recently announced that Emmerdale would be renamed Chas Dale, bosses are now trying to get viewers like her before the new look starts at Halloween.
They will do this by making a 'Chas-Week', a week which sees Chas appear in every scene. Die-hard viewers who hate the idea will have to cope with it all the time from Halloween.
Here are the spoilers for Chas Week.
Monday 25 June - Chas questions her relationship with Cameron. Chas and Andy prepare the Woolpack for it's 50th Anniversary. Gennie decides to move in with Chas.
Wednesday 27 June - Chas and Cameron are caught out by Debbie. Chas and Gennie team up to get rid of Debbie. Cameron confesses his love for Chas in front of her and Debbie.
Friday 29 June - Chas and Cameron move in together. Chas is attacked by Debbie. Debbie breaks Chas's nose.
A Spokesman for Charlotte Bellamy, who plays Laurel, declined to comment.
